Food is more than nourishment — it’s a way to connect, reflect, and grow, both for ourselves and those we love.

I’m a registered dietitian passionate about helping women rediscover peace, joy, and connection through food. Wellness should feel freeing, not restrictive — rooted in compassion, trust, and alignment with your values.

I guide women to break free from diet culture, rebuild trust with their bodies, and cultivate habits that feel nourishing and sustainable — all while using faith as a compass to live in alignment with what truly matters.

This work naturally extends to families and kids, empowering the next generation to grow up confident, curious, and connected to their bodies.

 

MY STORY

 

 

I grew up surrounded by two very different messages about food. On one hand, diet culture taught me that food was something to control, fear, and obsess over. On the other hand, food was connection — it was how my mom showed love, how we gathered as a family, and how culture and tradition were passed down. Some of my favorite memories are cooking alongside my mom, feeling the warmth and joy food could bring.

For years, I struggled to reconcile these two realities. It wasn’t until I discovered intuitive eating that I realized food itself was never the problem — diet culture was. Learning to nourish myself without guilt changed everything, and I became passionate about helping others do the same.

That’s why I created Nourish to Flourish — to help women build peace with food and guide families and children in developing a healthy, joyful relationship with eating. I believe food should be about joy, connection, and nourishment, not rules or restrictions. If you're ready to embrace a more intuitive and fulfilling way of eating, I’m here to guide you.
